LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky & Ex-CEO / Executive Chairman Jeff Weiner generously dedicated their time to speak to us interns this summer.

Here are my main takeaways from their advice:

💼When choosing a career, focus on specific aspects that you’re passionate about, skilled at, and surround you with people you enjoy.

✈️There are no specific “paths” to life or careers - you can change yours at any point.

📚Upon entering the workforce, focus on developing many “soft” skills like leadership, communication, and relationships that are key to the business world.

🌟Compassion = empathy + action. Always lead with compassion.

📈As we look to the future, every person and organization, has to strategize to adapt to the changing environment where remote relationship-building is essential.
